August 26th, 2018
Today we flew to Portland from Chicago after a fun wedding. My cousin and her boyfriend picked us up from the airport. We headed back to Cascade Locks where we had a nice lunch and some beer. Then they hiked across Bridge of the Gods with us and into Washington for a bit. We were very tired, so we didn’t get too far. We called it an early night and headed to bed well before 8pm. It is raining a bit, but it is really nice to be back on the trail after a few days off.
