PCT Day 132: Mile 2448.9 to 2464.3

September 11th, 2018

Today was another rainy day. We did not have too many views with all the clouds/fog. We hiked with few breaks until we made it to Stevens Pass at around 2pm. Another thruhiker and his wife gave us a ride to Leavenworth, a cute German town on the east side of the mountain. We resupplied at a big grocery store and at a natural foods store. There were so many more options than the typical gas stations and small stores we usually stop at closer to the trail. We exchanged our Darn Tough socks at an outfitter because we both had holes in a pair. We also dried out our stuff at a city park. We even ate veggie wursts. Yum. We hitched a ride back to Stevens Pass and are camping at the trailhead with sounds of the highway and an electric substation.
