We took the ferry out of VVR this morning so we couldn’t get started until 10. The late start was nice, but we’re meeting our friends Kate and Jen tomorrow and we wish we had been able to do more miles today. We’ll still make it though–tomorrow we just have to do the old 12 by 12 to get to the meeting point on time. We went over Silver Pass today and had lunch and a long break at the top. We enjoy spending 1+ hours at the top of each pass to savor the accomplishment. After the pass we hiked until sunset and then had taco mac for dinner with Fritos on top. Yum!
